Monthly Bookkeeping
We provide QuickBooks Online bookkeeping services on a monthly schedule. Here is a list of common tasks we perform for our clients:
Recording and categorizing all transactions
Reconciling the transactions to the bank and credit card statements
Tying A/R, A/P, and/or loans
Sending financial reports to the owner via email
Bill pay (optional add-on)
State Excise taxes (optional add-on)
Local City B&O taxes (optional add-on)

QuickBooks Clean Up
If your business has months or even years of QuickBooks Clean Up, WE CAN HELP. The most common reasons;
Your CPA needs to file your income tax return(s)
Your bank is requesting current financial statements
Cleaning up work from someone who didn’t understand accounting
With today’s technology, we’re able to download financial data and/or convert financial statements to a format that can be uploaded into your QuickBooks account. A much more cost effective process.

With 35 years of accounting experience, she leads her team of number professionals with a focus on continued education, mentoring and improving standards of customer service.

Trisha is a Senior Accountant and has been with PBS Inc. since 2013. She has a background working within the banking industry at Key Bank. Her love of numbers inspired her to pursue further education in accounting where she received her Applied Associate’s Degree in Accounting with Honors through Green River College.

Julie is a Senior Accountant and has been with PBS Inc. since 2017. Julie started her 20 year career in accounting working as a bookkeeper at a family owned grocery store in Lewis County. From there she extended her experience working as a Senior Accountant at Twin Star Credit Union. Having been a small business owner herself, Julie acquired an intimate understanding of the nuts and bolts of small businesses.

Cannabis Bookkeeping
In 2014 PBS Inc., launched 502 Bookkeeping Services and became one of the first Washington State bookkeeping services to pioneer the cannabis industry.
